Courage Is A Decision

Courage is essentially a decision. Hashem creates people with different ways of learning. Take a moment and ask yourself what is most natural for you: to picture a courageous scene, to listen to a courageous message or to touch something and absorb the courage associated with it. Whatever method suits you best, don't stop until you feel the courage inside your body and you know that it's part of you.
